    Hope he does well, but being an old timer, I hate this version of triathlon, its a 10k race with a warm up. The old no drafting races were so much more exciting. Triathlon really did sell its soul to get to the olympics, if fell running got there, it would probably be insisting on steps up and a gentle descent down.
    Sorry had to have my whinge, love doing them but draft free only......

    Its a cracking day for armchair all-round athletics fans with the world champs starting too. Sadly I don't have time to watch every minute of it

    Absolutely on the money biara. They might as well hose the athletes down with cold water and do the cycling on rollers
