Have you seen how short it is?

2 miles for a short leg and 4 miles for a long one. Makes it tricky for some clubs. The shortest most of the lads at my club run is 4 miles they think 5k is a sprint.

short, but starts next to a dry ski slope so will be a tad undulating. Looks like the track was built by the same fool who put south leeds stadium on top of a hill exposed to the elements

The track at sunderland is very sheltered as it's in a big hole. The course this year does not go on the track as in other years, therefore cutting one big hill out!!!!

I am doing leg 4 and building it in to my 2.5 hour snday run. Anyone want to know sales A team for this weekends race?
