This race starts tomorrow. I'm doing it as are a few other fell runners I believe (team from CVFR definitely). There is a tracking system being used so that people can follow competitors, unsure how it will work but. I expect to be fairly near the back. My aim is to finish and hopefully beat a few on the running section, the swimming bit or the kayaking.
I'm the KCAC one, if you don't know who I am.
Looking forward to it, and can't wait for helvellyn on Saturday!!!!

1 bad route choice, hail, thunder, lightning, rain showers, injured knees and didn't start day 2. Irritated, annoyed but philosophical, the lake district beat me this time, i'll have my day in 2011 when it is run again!!

Cracking event and calder valley team doing well.

Lead runner climbed Robinsons yesterday from the lake in 37mins!!!

My mate's other half looks to be doing ok, with Clitheroe Bike Club, around mid table for the mixed teams.
