I may be a little old fashioned, but debating whether the reference to a key landowner as a “miserable arse” is an outburst or not is quite beside the point.

It is positively unhelpful to the organisers of this event, and could seriously put the future of the relay in jeopardy.

This is a plea not only for moderation (which seems to have been non-existent here) but also for some manners in what is a very public forum.

Can only agree with that, all of that. Well said.

Even if you agree with the sentiments above concerning the grumpiness or otherwise of the individual this is a wholly inappropriate place to express them.

Nice to hear that Penguin, I'll be calling in for a Large Coffee before zooting off on Leg 2, I'll need a good caffeine kick up the ass' ....... unless we have anymore casualties before Sunday comes!!
Might even buy Timo & Fetlock one too, if there there or there abouts.....
