So would I, but the copyright belongs to the photographer not the subject.
Its reasonable for Innov-8 (and in fact any commercial organisation) to pay to use photographs. In fact, in my understanding use of photographs without permission from the photographer would be a criminal offence, literally, under Section 107 of the '88 Act.
So charge the buggers if they want to make commercial use photographs you have taken (even if its only a free pair of shoes).

Looks like advertisers also need consent from the person being photographed, in addition to permission from the copyright owner.
