Come back to Sedbergh this weekend!

See www.esfrc.org for course maps and directions. The courses are run in the opposite direction to the ESFRC and everyone runs a course shorter (so there is a course for us old people!)

    Race 4 12.00 Open race 4.4 miles (1315’ )
    (ages as of 1/1/09)
    Open races Entry on Day

Entry fees of £6 include a limited number of T Shirts for early entrants.

Just exactly who are these races for, are they open to anyone to enter or have runners had to have been selected?

    England won overall

U18 Boys - Scotland won team with a 1-2-3 - I think Billy Pinder may have been 1st English in in 4th place - England took Bronze.

U18 Girls - Rebecca Lambson 2nd, Rachel Jefferson 3rd, Kate Titlow 4th and were 1st team. A very impressive Scottish winner.

U16 Boys - Lad for NI won - not sure on placings.

U16 Girls Mel Hyder just pipped on line by Welsh girl - given same time. Laura Riches 3rd, Emma Spencer 6th, Beckie Taylor 7th - England won team.

Lecky got round the Open race in decent nick - gutted I could not join him - blistered badly yesterday at Witton in the XC.

Sorry to miss you TT - was sat in front of laptop all morning.

I've sent the provisional results to Bashir, as it is his responsibility to publish. However, there shouldn't be a problem as all the team managers were given a copy to check before the presentation.
