    Question Baking Bread

I brought a bread maker last week after realising i didn`t know what went into shop brought bread, and getting sick of seeing folk sneezing into there hands then giving the loves on the shelves a good squeeze to check the freshness not very hygienic i figured.

However the bread maker has been a revelation sling in the ingredients leave it for 4 hours and wallah wholemeal organic bread untouched by any 3rd party and i know exactly whats in it, just need to watch i don`t consume to much of it as there is nothing nicer than hot fresh baked bread.

    Any good recipes anybody

Topically, do you know why they call Jesus "the bread of life"?

Becuase when he died they put him in a dark place with a damp cloth over him, and after three days he rose...

I had some v nice fresh home made organic bread last week - toasted with home made cream cheese - including freshly picked wild garlic - I was only involved in the tasting process so don't ask me what else she put in it!!
