That tragic case of the woman with her disabled daughter that im sure everyone has heard about this week.
I listened to the radio and it made me cry
The police and I dont normally knock them must hold there heads in shame. The Superintendant giving evidence at the hearing said( people dont realise but low level crime is the responsability of the council). eh
So when does he think the crime became low level. Bearing in mind in this case the abuse etc etc etc from various thugs and yobbos carried on for 10 years.
I wonder in this day an age if the police have actually lost the plot.
According to him 1 case in 1000 yes 1000 ends up in a prosecution.
what the hell kind of society are we living in whereby the mum of a disabled child has to take there own lives because the authorities cannot be arsed to do anything.
If the superintendant of Leics police thinks that its the councils job to sort out ferrile youths that commit these crimes then im afraid we may as well turn out the lights.
Never mind Afghanistan we cannot police our own streets
