Having a new radiator fitted in the morning - by one of the fastest plumbers in the country - so heating goes straight on afterwards

Daren't turn ours on - we're waiting for an oil delivery. And they need to use a little wagon called an Oil Bug because the access is difficult. And it's off the road for welding. And as far as I know it's the only one in the county, & all the distribution companies rely on this one guy with his Oil Bug. Oh, and our cooking runs off the oil as well. Could run out any day - living on the edge eh?

I have just been doing some upper bodywork with the chainsaw! Cut a whole pile of logs... heating hasn't been on yet tonight, as I am still warm from all the sawing efforts, but the woodburner will be lit later on

My oil should be delivered tomorrow or Tuesday. Access is all too easy so I fear theft... that is why I never fill it up until I really need to in winter...
