    lol. did you beat me in the end. I had real problems for the first 4 miles with my calves and getting a bit confused with those white arrows
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before

    Is this "nemesis" the same junior who went off like a nutter on a very gradual first track and then had to walk near the top of said gradual track ?

    btw,Only what i was told he was behind me.

    Good of Rick to let you run with the seniors.

    I came 18th I think overall so not that bad as had a sacro iliac injury and only managed my first run on wednesday, was pleased to get round and still feel ok! Fell Relays next weekend for me then the Clywdydians if all goes well

    yep it was me but ive had a few problems with my calves and restricted blood flow so that is usually my normal pace but im just a bit screwed. That descent through the woods was ace. I did 1:17 something

    restricted blood flow...so you put a pair of tight knee high socks on ?? Sack the socks Thomas !!

    compression socks as recommended by my physio and acupuncture
