Nearly ordered a limited edition Ardbeg (can't remember the exact name) the other day at the Sligachan Hotel (Skye), until I realised it was £9 for a single!

I've a few on the go! When I got into malts I said only three bottles on the go at one time max!! We've got about 8 now!! Laphroig Quarter Cask is my favourite. Jura Race was great for visiting distilleries!! Got a nice bottle of Kilchorman when we did the tour. Very friendly bit that, and a nice informal tour. Only Islay distillery that makes a 100% Islay malt, made with their own grown and malted barley! Must try some Ardbeg and Bowmore I think.

Give Caol Isla a try. I'm a big fan of peaty stuff and that might be my favourite.

Caol Ila's very good, although I'd vote for Bunnahabhain. I've still got a last drop of cask strength Portellen somewhere around too...

Port Ellen! Nice! A rare malt indeed! Though I've not tried it.
