    Seconded that on the pub. Had brother's stag w/e there a year or so back (camped about a mile or so up the road). Definitely get brother to drive if drinking the Jaipur!!!

    Lots of mud, blustery weather, great views on the homeward run down through the fields with the whitewashed pub finishing point beckoning on the other side of the dale. We passed through one field with bullocks in, which was a bit hairy, especially when one of them started to run...

    Seems like I missed the highlight of the day though, the naked man running along Lathkill Dale. My mother, who was spectating at the pub, explained that he was quite well built and went off clutching his... She did say he was wearing some wierd swimming trunks though. She now knows what a Borat thong is. Children in Need, since you ask.

    Leg It Round Lathkil 8th Nov

    Anyone done this,looks like a good day out and i think the pub is the finish line what an incentive
    Running with walking breaks is a great way to go.

    Not done it but Lathkill Dale is a beautiful place Wonder if can combine with trip to see my family
