Congrats on the great time and and great win RoadRunner. I said this last year but this year it will work .Expecting great things from you in the FLM - 2:14.47 is my predcition.

Cheers AJohns. Things have been going well this last few weeks. Done some good racing, sessions and training runs. Feeling fit at the moment, just have to keep it that way for another 12 days.
Ran down Doctors Gate yesterday which is fun but not the best thing to do if avoiding any dangerous ground which you could go over on your ankle on.
