Im still deciding to have a go at this but i did not like it last year so it not promising yet
Notlob - This 2 lap course may not be the most 'charismatic' or 'scenic' of courses but bloody hell it's flat and fast and usually has a really high quality field.
The shape you're in at the moment, i'd put my money on you getting a PB.

Definitely no pressure - With the wind at your back the smart thing to do would be to let Roadrunner lead on the first lap and you just tuck in behind him and draft off him as much as you can. Think about pulling ahead of him with about 400 metres to go on the second lap. I'll be on the course at that point offering instructions.
Hawkshead Tarail race on the 28th is my next outing i think.
