Gravy. My powers of deduction bring me to the conclusion that you must be Charlottes friend from Uni? Alehouse on your vest? Well done, looks like it was a bit of a sprint finish eh?
What about that young lass though eh? 15yr old running a 31! One to look out for in the future i think.

Ha ha, good work, you've got me sussed! Yeah, the finish was quite exciting I guess! The race didn't really pan out according to my race plan, with Ricky shooting off at the start and then slowing as we went under the Railway bridge, I decided just to keep going rather than lose momentum and ended up with a big lead that shrank rapidly when my legs started to go a bit after the hill. I got caught with about a mile to go and from there the best bet was to sit and kick, which worked well enough

Laura's time was extremely impressive, my previous best from a few years ago was only 32! Defintely one for the future!

    How did you get on?

I got seventh and 1st team but was over a minute slower than my PB. Not bad for a marathon training regime though.
The start seemed ridiculously fast to me, pleased i wasnt drawn into such a pace (not that i could've managed for long)

Good stuff, we've raced each other loads of times in the past!

I wish I hadn't got dragged into the fast start, think I would have run slightly quicker if I'd been able to sit in the pack and my legs probably wouldn't be quite so sore as they are now!
