    Lady Slugge & I will be doing it
    anybody else?
    Lantern?

    not a bad profile for a road race

    particularly looking forward to the downhill last 3 miles

    it's not an ADAC champs race is it Swoop?
    I know GVS have it in theirs

    I didn't really notice Martin. Found it a lot easier running downhill on tarmac!

    Aye... got to get sub 60 minutes ..............PLEASE.............!

    It's the only road race I do but is gorgeous. 17 year old son doing it too, probably sub 50!
