Ken
just been for a plod round the route, well taped save one rogue piece just after CP3, I won't say anything else as I don't want to give anything away!
Seemed to have a headwind no matter what direction I was running in :closed:

Shhhh!
Do I detect a bit in house knowledge????
Deejay.................you wanting lift or wot
Should be sober by 8.25 ish
3 leeds pal ale and 5 black sheep..... oh hang on this is the wrong thread........ should be a good race, thank god for the clocks going back....
Great day for this race, went well despite doing a longer version of the course and ending up.on the mtb track. Could maybe do with some flagging to help runners avoid that part of the course.
Thanks to the Marshall
Tough run that 1.
Mike Fanning 1st (new record I believe), despite having to wait and be shown the way by Charlie Stead 2nd, Guy from East hull 3rd (forgot his name), Cameron Taylor 4th (this kid's mustard, watch out for him - his hair even looks a bit like Carl Bell's!) and 5th for myself after a bit of a plod.
The wine for everyone (or what seems like everyone) afterwards.
Quote from the organiser: "you didn't have a very good run today did you?!"
Nice to finally meet Daleside as well.
