    Long dist food advice needed!

Not so much what food but how do you carry your food? I had an unfortunate incident with some exploding fig rolls in my rucksack and a leaky chicken wrap, that led me to think that wrapping this lot up in tin foil may not be sufficient. I'm toying with the idea of Tupperware...

Am I totally insane? What about the extra weight? (a quick aside: I've already cut the lose ends off the straps on my sack, so I am taking the lightweight running ethos quite seriously).

as always suggestions and any advice much appreciated.

If you need a box some chinese takeaways come in very lightweight plastic boxes. Not liquid proof but good enough for most purposes.
