well after a coversation with my lets say overweight neighbour we got around to talking about food and the trouble he has in not being able to say no to stuff
first thing he asked me was what food i couldnt leave in the fridge
my answer was i raid everything out the fridge mostly cos im always hungry but thats cos i train a lot.
so then i got to thinking about how it was years ago before i started back running again and if i think back i can remember it was those pringles crisps, i could not flip the top off and put it back on again .
oh and i was also partial to mcdonalds big mac meals.

cmon others must have an addictive food
oh and my neighbours addictive food was jaffa cakes
