    Fell Running Mega Sale

    Well my stuff anyway...

    Due to Retirement from running i am having a sale of shoes and books...see list below..all books have been read, but are in excellent condition...the Inov8s have done around 50 mile so also excellent..see photos..they still have the little 'pips' on the majority of the sole...email me for further details

    Thanks for sending the books, which arrived very quickly, and Paypal took all the hassle out of payment."Survival of the fittest" was a good read, though Stroud & Fiennes will never be role models for me. "Run Strong" is opening my eyes to technicalities of training I never understood before. Exciting but also overwhelming. I should be going for a run now, but I'm exhausted just thinking about it. Maybe I'll retire too!
