    Two groups

    Those on the road run about 7 miles, but there are plenty of places to cut short. The group reconvenes every 2 miles or so - no-one gets left behind

    The off road run sets off at the same time and we do what the group wants to do - tonight was a bit shorter than usual due to the inclement weather and the lure of the mushrooms and potato skins in the boozer - oh, and Landlord and Daleside's Old Leg Over

    I think you will find not all kcac members can beat me, Wharfedale are mainly a fell club non of this poncy track and road
