Anyone fancy joining me for a run somewhere within driving distance of York on Sunday?
I've had some time out recently so I'm certainly not fast, more of a 'determined plodder' at the momentand just fancy some company instead of talking to myself for mile after mile... think of it as an ego boost
I'm new to Yorkshire and could do with meeting some new people

Don't worry, Miss K, there are loads of different abilities in these races. There are always quite a few slower folk and the routes are well marked with maps available to look at on the website with a description of the route. They are friendly races and a lot of fun.
