Not a goal of mine, just happened that's all, don't mean i'm owt special, just means i waffle on too much, really should be doing 10,000ft of climbing per week, actually i did the other week, only 6000ft last week though, right i'll shut up and run up and downstairs a bit, come to think of it i do that anyway, 3 flights of stairs here and 2 kids to chase round, plus strongbow is in the cellar and get one can at a time, more i sup, more i climb.
So, do i get a gold watch or what
