There seems to be an error there. Jackie Lee was first lady and she didn't come second overall.

Second placed runner was Francis Blunt of Northumberland Fell Runners - he ran in an NFR vest (see photos at earlier link) and there's a picture of him on the NFR website front page - definitely not female I'd say!
