I know it's a bit late but good luck to anybody doing the Yorkshire XCs tomorrow. Should be 11km of undulating, muddy, strength sapping fun... let's hope it rains to complete the picture!

He has entered but won't be running because he's got a sore throat. Going to watch little laddie run in one of the junior races.
A sore throat, is that all
Will be going. Not run for 6 weeks so it should be interesting. Not exactly sure where it is yet. Skipton yes, but whereabouts ??
Well done to anyone who took part yesterday. I know this debate will have been had before but that ranked as one of the hardest, most heart-breaking courses I've run on.... some lads looked close to tears on the final straight. Proper cross country.

Too right. I haven't felt that rough after a race for a long time! No surprise to see some of the established fell runners like Heneghan and Holmes well up the field, and the usual high standard compared to other county champs.

These hooves will travel.........
Nice one MG. I'm waiting for 4 senior men to catch flu before i get the Yorkshire call-up!
Great work MG, chuffed for you. NCB your time will come mate - you looked solid from what I could see...
I reckon I'll run at Nottingham as an open runner if that's possible. Nestle Rowntree's runners did well yesterday and it'd be good to go down and support all the Yorkshire girls and boys including ours that represent...
