    Yeap so did mine.

    To say we paid one english pound for that...it must be the bargin of the decade!
    Ive flicked through it and im tempted by alot of the <30 milers.....the >30 milers didnt get a look in.

    chances of running these are slim for me but great read and reference material. loads of info at the back.

    some walks at the front too.

    The Everest challenge also looks interesting but gruelling !
    I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.

    My pleasure - plenty to go at there - it should keep you young'uns busy for a while. Treat any addresses with caution as I would be surprised if a lot had not changed by now but the routes themselves are still Ok that's the main thing.

    If anyone wants to return the favour just have a good crack at the Calder Valley Round (details on the recce thread) and make sure you post your time etc. It would be good to get that better known - so anything you can do would be much appreciated.

    PS Anyone else wanting a copy of Lakeland Trails will in future be able to get one at Bilbo's Cafe Lakes Runner Ambleside in return for small donaton to the Mountain Rescue. I will do a post on here when I manage to get up there to deliver some!!
