Well played Kettering they put a spirited performance.

I would have said that result flatters Leeds but when you look at the stats it's amazing how it wasn't 10.1.

    bit of a thriller.

Best find a bar in France for OT though

45 attempts on goal in 2hrs (and even Beckford got one eventually) Bring on the Sc*m

Shame to see Aidan White go off, though it was only a precaution - not sure about Capaldi at all. Michalik and Bromby did ok, but when Leeds have Naylor and Kisnorbo back they will be a lot more solid, especially with Higgs in goal. Bradley Johnson is still missed, but Kilkenny is doing well - good partnership with Howson. Up front, Beckford will have better games, but Grella is a helluva impact player (as is Gradel in league games.)
But what do I know ?

    Good summing up.

I was relieved that Grella struck when he did. He showed a lot more composure than either Beckford or Snodgrass had albeit against a tiring defence.

I was not looking forward to penalties as our recent record is not good.

Next round should be more straightforward.
