Hi MG, i'm hoping there are entries on day else i'm goosed!!

I've always entered on the day and its never been a problem before, although i read every year it is advisable to pre enter.

The organiser is a good bloke and i don't think he would turn anyone away.

No time limit that i know of either.

    NB

Cheers for that NB. I can't find any entry instructions on the web so presuming it's entry on day. I hope no time restrictions as I'll be alot slower than you lot. Not been running long so not got the grasp of speed yet! I fancy doing it though as it's not far from where I live.

MG Its a good route with 3 stiff climbs but the rest is fairly runnable.

Be plenty of folk there of mixed ability, i've just printed the map from NYM website but know the route quite well and probably wont use it, there's loads of people to follow and the section in the woods is usually taped.

I thought that runners could go any way through the woods? Not that I'm complaining, as the whole area will be new to me and I'll probably get lost in any case...

Hmmm, just seen Sunday's forecast - heavy rain. You mightn't get a suntan MG, but that weather-beaten look can fool people from a distance.
