    You can go any way up through the woods but 99% will go the same route and return the same way (it is the quickest) i'm sure it's been marked from the track on the way down previously but i'm usually wrong at this time of night (see wine thread )
    (Last time i raced thru Giz Woods I got lost trying a different route )

    Hopefully see a few of you there, we'll be staying for a beer in the rugby club afterwards (wear a big jumper tho)

    Its gonna be mightly slippy on the muddy bits in trail shoes!

    Don't know if i should run tomorrow - first week back running after months off? Might just watch London with bacon sarnies!
