Can't see Morgan playing again for England any time soon. Who else should go though? KP's maybe a bit of a luxury, but still one of the best in the world when he's on it. Bell's had a poor series, but look at his 2011 record. You can't go dropping players after a few poor matches. I'd rather see KP out than Bell. None of the bowlers have disgraced themselves and I'd stick with Prior, so I'm not sure who I'd ditch beyond Morgan.
I guess we are "flat track bulleies" to some extent, but that's the sort of pitch the players are used to; it's no surprise that's where they're strongest.

Come on Hank, wake up and smell the coffee.
ALL 5 TOP END BATSMEN SHOULD GO.
Interesting! Cook? Really? He's our best opener for years, and I think will be for years to come. Strauss captained us to best test in the world. Do you remember where the international team was when he took over? His form will come good again. Trott's generally solid, but I could see an argument for trying someone else at three. KP's a tough one to call as he's all or nothing really. Bell I'd definitely keep. And you'd keep Morgan?
Who would be your opening five batsmen then? And new captain?

But who do you bring in for Morgan? Bopara - I don't think he's any better. Would Bairstow be better just for his batting?
Personally, I wouldn't change things. This is the team who took us to number 1 in the world. None of them have become bad players, they just need to learn to play spin better away from England. Morgan is one of the better players of spin in the team.
We can look on here for the lads who performed.

Not being up current cricket captains, I'm unsure but what I do know is I would pick players in form and none of this shower have performed with the bat.
They don't need expelling for life, just dropping until form returns this would give them the kick in the pants they deserve.
If you take the prizes when winning you have to take the stick when losing.
True! Problem is though, all our England batsmen have performed fantastically on flat wickets and got us to top test team in the world. Ok, they've been caught out big time by spin in this series, but those form batsmen in county cricket from 2011 did it all on flat English wickets. I think it'd be very risky to wholesale change the top order and replace them with batsmen who have little or no form or experience on slow, spin-friendly wickets. How could we be confident they'd do any better than the current team? And doesn't that current team deserve a chance to prove themselves after this series, as they have done several times over in recent years?
