    100-4 sounds pretty bad. But they could have been 100 all out the way they were going.

    I like the belligerence of Paul Collingwood in smashing a six off the final ball before lunch, to take England to triple figures.

    It should be an interesting game. I am reminded of what Ricky Ponting said the other day about scoring more in our first innings than they will in their last.

    Looks healthier than 39-4 admittedly but still a poor start. Michael Vaughan suggested this morning on 5 Live that the first session would be vital and that we needed to win it. If we could survive it with the loss of not many wickets the conditions would get better this afternoon Looks like that's gone so it's down to Bell and Collingwood to rescue the situation again.
