    Re: Fellsman

Thanks to the reminder about having a survival bag, rather than a blanket, I went to double check mine.
I thought it was a bag, but had never actually opened it up. It isn't.

So at least I've been saved that embarrassment at kit check.

But .... I'd normally buy something like this on line, and there simply isn't time for delivery.
I don't know where I might be able to buy one in Bradford tomorrow evening after work.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Panic over!

I've found a neighbour who's got a bag, and I can borrow it.
It's the heavy orange plastic type apparently but if it spares me the Walk of Shame I'm not complaining.

Don't know why I'm answering my own post.
    It just seemed neater.

I've obviously missed a trick there.
Emergency survival bag? Might be an emergency day off work tomorrow to go and hunt one down!

I've got one of those too. It looks really good and is very compact and light. I also have spare of the traditional plastic bag type so if anyone is desperate, pm me and I'll bring it tomorrow.
