Cripes no! Don't want to start that rumour! No, I was talking to Al, my PA. Course, cos he's my PA, he's a girl. I live in an innocent, sexist pre-1980s age.

put me down for the long Duddon race
I'll be camping with the family, but may be able to sneak off for the evening

Keswick is a bit of a schlep from Duddon though isn't it?
    What about Ambleside? (Windermere? Coniston?!)

The race is duddon valley on the 5th june. There is a long route listed at 20miles/6000ft (garmins say about 18 miles so ive heard) and a short route of ....i shall have to find out.
You dont have to do either the long or short race but could just go for abit of a social trot.
Then, its time for a curry and a dance in the loft.

FAQ from the race website - http://www.duddonvalleyfellrace.org.uk/faq
Please specifiy what you intend to do.
