Waited five mins or so to recover and then set off - just couldn't run properly, it was just too painful when I breathed deeply and could only manage one lap. Actually called into the hospital on the way home and they confirmed what I thought I had done

Actually a lot worse just now - I sooo feel like an old man right now

Guess I will have to have an enforced rest

Cheers - and by the way Daz, that was a pretty good run for someone who is supposedly jet lagged!
I think you went down just behind me, but I didn't trip you, honestly. So what had you done????

I suppose OneHill should now be TwoHills.

was a great race 3rd senior man and 5th overall,so well pleased definately doing the next one,bad luck to two of my fellow club members one went the wrong way and one went head over tit at the start,it felt a lot longer than 5.2 aswell but all in all a good thumbs up race.

You still aren't letting on about what injury you sustained.
