Well there's the select group who have done back to back BGRs but I don't know of any beyond those or who have done two in a year. The big thing would be the recovery - recovering from the first and possibly second round wouldn't take too long but you'd start to obey the law of diminishing returns not long after that unless you were someone like Killian Jornet.
