It's a bit of a tight squeeze to start with, what with all those people hanging about. However things soon get alot smoother and you can get into your stride and even begin to enjoy the view.

I recall the last time I did it there was a flattish and damp bit along the tops before it gets much more undulating. Then, when you've got a bit of a sweat on, there's quite a hill to climb (called something End or other). Finally, there's an exhilirating rush down to the finish and a bit of a splash to put a smile on your face. I usually have a pint or two before falling asleep.
