We sell these and they're definitely not waterproof. It's basically a Pertex-style shower/windproof. I wouldn't say it's particularly light for a windproof at 150g. That said, it's a good quality bit of kit and the belt/pocket thing is a great feature (you can sneak a couple of gels in there too). No taped seams, so wouldn't pass a lot of kit checks. Fine for low level running, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long, wet run on the tops. A womens version is available.
