I've not had this work colleague issue - generally I get on with my colleagues as friends and it's fine to have them as FB friends...It helps that I don't use my married name at work, but I do on Facebook...
However... We have an apprentice who has added a few of us, and he is the most random odd character, I am not too sure I want him knowing anything about me!
