    All the Munros...

    Some of the local runners will have heard of Jo Mann, he's a bit of a whippet and a good 10k runner, He's a young lad and son of Plumbums good lady. He's doing an Outdoor pursuits degree and for his summer hols he's doing the munros with his mate...yes all of them!

    Spyke can rest easy as they are not after his record. They are self supported though in their bright orange van. so if you see two tired looking students eating in the back of the Orange Van go say hello.

    They've nearly caught up with me now...... but I've been at it for 30 years

    Great effort!!! Wish I'd had the energy, drive and imagination to do it at their age!

    Hope that doesn't sound condiscending!!?
