Moorlander, you got it right there, proper running, great, full of surprises lets hope the winter goes well (and my feet heal.... almost three weeks, it's annoying me in a big sweary way! Got cold at the finish while scoffing my beans and chips but got told that I can't go backwards...... Put it this way, the Runfurther series isn't my focus for next year...doesn't mean I'm not doing it either <holds cards close to her flat chest> Just loving running with my mates in great big hills, isn't that what it's all about?!
