I'm currently 69.5kg and would like to be 66kg by mid march. I feel like i'm starving most of the time already so if anyone knows how I can achieve this goal please enlighten me! (Currently running between 10-12hrs a week)

Age plays a part Dew Claw Lassalle, as you get older your metabolism slows down so the exercise exerted vs calories consumed reduces. Age is a cruel adversary....

Alas, there is hope... the simple equation still holds holds true... expend more calories than you consume = weight loss.

Buggered if I know how to actually do that though???

I lose weight by stopping eating cheese. I guess it depends how much you eat to start with.
