    Re: Today's Training

Yesterday I cycled ten miles (5 miles there, 5 back) got my walshes out of my rucksack and ran up 2 miles to a lonely reservoir.

Next time I'm going to take my wet suit and go for a swim............

Well done Deejay, the last .9 mile is the hardest
Last night's training was stripping down an extraction system and digging all the sh!t out of it, outside at 3am in a tee-shirt sweating me rollocks off
Got a polish lad joining the team tonight, we'll see if them poles can graft like half hungarians
First job for him is to get the coffee's in!

Quick 4 road miles in the sun 'n' wind to blow the cobwebs off. Felt OK, a lot less tired than yesterday....

Bloomin' foreigners....! Funnily enough, seemingly everywhere I go I meet Poles (be it in a pub, bar, restaurant or shop). The missus keeps urging me to speak to them in the lingo - it's my secret weapon. You should see the look on their faces!
