Running High by Hugh Symonds (1991: Lochar, ISBN 0-948403-91-8) Don't know how I'd survive without that excuse to eat as many xmas puds as I like |

There's also an updated "e-book" of "Mountain Navigation for Runners" by Martin Bagness, published last year.
I was fortunate to be given a copy of "A History of the Mountain Trial" a couple of weeks back. It's a really good read.
