Yeah, a very disappointing 37...
I shall have to work on getting some stronger abs as well as biceps... and I need to strengthen my quads... I have my work cut out for me the next few weeks!!!
Won't be doing this challenge until I've finished the Press-Up one, but just tried to do it and got to 50 thinking this is easy.
Then I realised you were doing crunches and not situps :o
You got to do it again, properly... :D
i thought about this yesterday, but after a 2 hour run i thought i wasn't up to this just yet and opted to sit in a sauna for 90 minutes instead! :)
Boredom of hotel living made me try this early. Did wk 1 day 1, But will repeat on Weds and push on from there as originally planned.
