so you think you ride a bike
I started a thread on a friend of mine about 6 months ago, I can't find it so I've started a new one to finish it off.
So if you think you ride your bike abit read on...
If you can remember her name was Jo and she set her self three cycling.
1) To Complete the Tour of California 1300km well she did this.
2) Cycle across America Tour 6760km(although she did more than this) in 9 1/2 weeks
Finally and this needs an Eeeek Smiley!!
3) Cent Col Alpine Challenge around 2000km, 43,000m in 10 DAYS!!!
Jo has just completed this, all for Charity and she has met some big names on her way
She reached the summit of the 109th Col after 10 days of gruelling riding through the French Alps, covering a total of 1,879km / 1,175 miles and 135,770 feet of ascent.
Well worth a read
Cent Col Alpine Challenge
Click on her face book and there are pictures to go with the report.
Sounds like a ride for Dom and Hann
