Pilates specific muscles.
Every time i go up hill i find that i get excruciating pain immediately left and right of my spine just above where my trousers stop. Does anyone know pilates or something that might help with this or know anyone who might be able to help. On top of my general lack of fitness it makes going uphill especially difficult. I feel legs and lungs could go further than back letting.
Re: Pilates specific muscles.
Go and se a good Sports and remedial therapist that comes recomended, then look for a good Pilates teacher who has been teaching Pilates. Have a couple of one to one sessions then join a Pilates class once a week

If you decide to see a physio, you are in luck - I have to travel all the way to Sheffield to see Steve Hodgson, first reccomended to me on this site by a runner who is himself a physio. He got me back to running and walking when I went to see him after 2 YEAR!!! of failed diagnoses, scans and treatments. He makes all other physios I have seen look like amateurs.

A good sports physio or a good Sports therapist will get right to what the problem is, treat it and not mess around bringing you back for loads of uneeded sessions . go on recomendations Best of luck injury advice www.albmaleaf.co.uk
