Lost camera in Lakes Help!!

Help!!

Some close family friends have lost a camera in the lakes with some important pictures on. they didn't realise until they were back at the car. they are now in London so it's a bit of a way to trek back

It's off the beaten track so it's unlikely some one will just "find" it. Can any one going up near Blea Tarn High Street have a look for me if they are going out for a run.

It's a compact Panasonic tz7 in a lowe Pro case dropped on the scree they believe after a slip on some scree

should be around NY 446 107

Any local forumites fancy a run out that way??

I'll be up on the DP BG in two weeks and will pop over after my leg but if some one can have a look that would be great.

Get a message on the BMC and any walkers forums you know as well. I think anyone who finds it will do their best to get it back to its owner. I found one on the Ben the week after the Ben race and took it to Fort Bill police station - I got a very appreciative message on my answerphone about a week later from a foreign guy - the photos showed he had walked the West Highland Way as well as took in all the normal tourist venues in GB
