Junior Race Entry Forms

Hi All

We're in the process of setting up some junior races in Shropshire (more of that later...)

The junior race entry form asks for details of the accompanying adult and also for a parent/guardian signature. Can this be the accompanying adult? What if the junior is brought to the race by a school? Should we turn away juniors without pre-signed forms? How do other RO's deal with this?
