I've just been berated by Mrs Stick :eek: for quaffing a Mars bar sandwich after my run this afternoon. Staple diet for fellrunners I thought :confused:
Them, and of course the perennial fish-finger sandwiches.:D
Any other suggestions for fillings that curry favour in our sphere?
(for veggie, non-veggie and fishy-veggies like me)

what do you do do you melt it or just wack a mars bar in between 2 slices of bread:confused: :eek:
do you think that's how you distinguish a fell runner from a 'normal' runner - 'normal' runners have protein shakes, isotonic drinks or raw eggs after a run and fell runners grap whatever thay can see when they get in - in my case jelly babies maybe or at the moment those horrible cheap chocolate gold coins left over from christmas - not in a sandwich though - PERLEASE!

well I am trying not to eat bread at lunch time (no idea why) , so baked potatoes and salads is the way forward..........er maybe
