That has the 2006 entry form but I suppose it will do. Not sure if the cost has changed though.
It is definitley on but not sure what date. I think it will be the Sunday 2nd September. Bisto will be able to confirm.
September 9th at 9:30am is the verdict. Forms are now out.

The website hasn't been updated in a long time. It was Smithers job and has now been passed over to itbegan. I'll pm him or e-mail him to sort things out.
